As military tensions mount around the globe, and the “New Cold War” begins to heat up, is there an endgame in sight? How do NATO, Russia, China, and other BRICS nations fit into the picture? What is Russia really up to in Latin America? Given the historical and economic implications of WWI and WWII, who stands to gain from an all-out global confrontation — and in what way?

And, of course, the most important question of all, just what the hell can we do about it?

War is now. It ravels Peace. Obvious next pathway as the business goes forward is that the methods of Empire will become methods of opponents of Empire so, eg, one might expect “gladio” methods to originate with not one but several sources and to expand into “target” population or groups that might be seen as authors of Policy, ie the ruling classes. This is not to say that a real and genuine use of weapons and infernal machines is not to be, both via will and through coincidence. One method, weapons-based and another, the black and the grey, would seem to compliment another… It’s all terrible. Pax…

I’m surprised no one mentioned that world war 3 ended back in 1989 with Cold war. World War 4 started then but no one noticed till start of “war on terror.” War with Russia or China would be world war 5 actually. At least that’s how the Neo-cons and also certain radicals see it. Still World War 3 is engraved in the popular imagination as Nuclear war. I don’t think there would be any society left to shape after one of those especially after listening to that interview James Corbett did with Steven Starr.
